Healthy Drink - Ayurveda Siddha Jala For Body ache

In this period as we are engaging ourselves in only work, stressing our mind and body with work. It alters our food habits, we do not think of what we are eating, what we are drinking, at what time we are eating that leads to many disorders.
Today's young generation at this young age is suffering from body ache like backache, neck pain sometime arm pain irrespective of any underlying disease as many of the people are working in late-night shifts, drink too much energy drink, drink coffee a lot that disturbs their health.  
With modernization, we somehow forget our body reacts in a way that we eat and drink the whole day. Our body is like a motor car and food and drink are the fuel of this car if we use bad quality of fuel in our car, after some time cars will not be able to work as much efficiently and that same goes with our body.



Healthy Drink- Ayurveda Siddha Jala For Body ache 

In Ayurvedic classical text-specific drugs were mentioned in treating the generalized body ache but to use all these drugs are not possible so some drugs which are easily available in our kitchen we can use them and make a healthy drink or in an Ayurvedic terms Siddha Jala when drink throughout the day for a long time it promotes our wellness and a bad habit of drinking unnecessary energy drink also replenished.

For making a Siddha Jala or healthy drink you need- 
  • Chandan (Sandalwood) 
  • Elaichi
  • Mulethi
  • Shunthi
  • Maricha
  • Ajwain
  • Dalchini 
  • Pippali
Take 1 teaspoon of each above-mentioned ingredient and store them in a box.

Procedure
Take a half teaspoon of a mixture from the box and 1 liter of water in a bowl and boil them.
After boiling store them in a bottle and drink this water throughout the day.
But if you are not liking the taste then you can add mishri or jaggery as per your taste.

In Siddha Jala amount of drugs are less as compared to other preparations as it is easily digestible and it can be taken for a long time.
After some time if you are becoming habitual of this drink and want to continue then you can increase the quantity of content to 1 teaspoon and water up to 2 liters.
