It is a strength of our body to protect against diseases and to remain healthy.
Strength, Bala, and Vyadhikshamatva are the correlated terms of each other.
In Ayurveda, it is divided into three categories-
1. Sahaja Bala- It is an Inherit resistance of the body to fight against the diseases, it is present since birth. It is based on the characteristics, factors at the time of fertilization, and an inherited strength from birth, which can't be changed.
It can be only possible to change the Sahaja Bala during ante-natal care i.e pregnancy care.
